摘要:本文就眼防护领域欧洲标准中若干条款难以理解的原因进行了分析,指出其原因有二:5个相关公式中系存在错误;光漫射测试原理示意图中系省略了某些元素。进而给出了更正意见,补充了相关辅助性元素并对该图进行了解读。

Possible Interpretation for the issue of
Eye-protection in European standards

Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons that why the European standard in some areas of eye-protection terms are difficult to understand. The first reason is that there are some mistakes in five related formulas. The second reason is there are some elements omitted in light-diffusing testing principle diagram. Then the correct proposals are given and relevant supporting elements of the picture are supplemented.

笔者2008年参与《GB/T 3609.2—2009职业眼面部防护 焊接防护 第二部分:自动变光焊接滤光镜》起草过程中,在研读关于个人眼睛防护领域的相关欧洲标准时,对几个问题积累了一些思考。现有暇整理出来就教于各位。
在眼防护领域,欧洲有一系列标准,其中与自动变光焊接滤光镜相关的标准主要有:
EN 165 Personal eye-protection —Vocabulary(个人眼防护—术语);
EN 166 Personal eye-protection— Specifications(个人眼防护—技术规范);
EN 167 Personal eye-protection —Optical test methods(个人眼防护—光学测试方法);
EN 169 Personal eye-protection—Filters for welding and related techniques—Transmittance requirements and recommended use(个人眼防护—焊接和相关操作用滤光镜—透过率和推荐的用法);
EN 379 Personal eye-protection— Automatic welding filters(个人眼防护—自动变光焊接滤光镜)。
研读这些PDF版标准的条款,发现其中有若干处若按照原文很费解。究其原因,一是或许因录入、排版、校对的疏忽而导致文本有误,二是因省略了某些信息所致。
